Refund Policy for the West Texas Big Bobcat Contest
Thank you for participating in the West Texas Big Bobcat Contest. By entering, you agree to the following refund and transfer policy:
- No Cancellation Policy:
Once an entry has been submitted, participants are not allowed to cancel their registration. This policy ensures fairness and maintains the integrity of the contest planning process. - Duplicate Entries:
If a participant accidentally submits multiple entries, they may request a refund for the duplicate entry by providing proof of the error. Refund requests for duplicate entries must be submitted by email at least 24 hours BEFORE the originally scheduled event begins. - Transfer Option:
While cancellations are not permitted, participants do have the option to transfer their entry to one of the remaining events in the contest series for that year. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 1 day before the originally scheduled event. Transfers are considered at the event organizers discretion, and may not be allowed. - How to Request a Refund or Transfer:
Participants wishing to request a refund for a duplicate entry or transfer their registration to another event must:- Contact us via the Contact Us page.
- Provide their name, entry confirmation number, and details of the request.
- Final Decision:
The West Texas Big Bobcat Contest reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refund and transfer requests.
