This form requires that you enter more than one team member. If you have obtained pre-approval for a single member team, use the registration form provided to you by WTBBC officials. We use Authorize.net to process Credit Card payments. Please double check that your email address is correct before submitting the entry form. You will receive a confirmation email from WTBBC at that address once the payment has cleared. This email will serve as your proof of registration, so hang onto it!

Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the West Texas Big Bobcat Contest, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “WTBBC”). By participating in any contest, event, or activity organized by WTBBC, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws.

ELIGIBILITY
Residency: Contests are open to residents of the United States unless otherwise specified.
Disqualification: WTBBC reserves the right to disqualify participants for providing false information, violating contest rules, or engaging in unethical behavior.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
Registration Process: Participants must complete the official registration form and submit all required documentation.
Fees: Entry fees must be paid in full before the contest begins. Fees are non-refundable unless the contest is canceled by WTBBC.

CONTEST RULES
Compliance: Participants must adhere to all rules and guidelines provided by WTBBC.
Scoring and Judging: Decisions made by judges and officials are final and not subject to dispute.
Prohibited Conduct: Use of unauthorized equipment, tampering with scores, or any form of cheating will result in immediate disqualification.

PRIZES
Award Distribution: Prizes will be awarded as described in the contest materials.
Tax Responsibility: Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on prizes received.
Prize Forfeiture: Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of any prizes.

LIABILITY
Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and encounters with wildlife. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WTBBC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation in the contest.
Force Majeure: WTBBC shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the contest.

PRIVACY POLICY
Data Collection: By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for contest administration and marketing purposes.
Third-Party Sharing: WTBBC will not sell or share participant information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership: WTBBC retains ownership of all materials, logos, and branding associated with the contest.
Usage: Participants grant WTBBC the right to use their names, images, and contest results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

CHANGES AND CANCELATIONS
Cancellations: WTBBC reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or legal restrictions.
Changes: Participants will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided during registration.

AMENDMENTS
WTBBC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the official WTBBC website or email communications.
